ABOUT WOODLAND CONTRACTORS, INC.
For nearly four decades, Woodland Contractors, Inc. has helped homeowners, businesses, and organizations bring their construction projects to life throughout Central Pennsylvania.
What began in 1987 as a family-owned construction company has grown into a trusted name in custom homes, commercial construction, renovations, restorations, and specialty projects.
Today, Woodland Contractors, Inc. remains committed to the same principles that have guided the company from the beginning: quality workmanship, personal service, and lasting relationships.
Built on Experience Since 1987
Woodland Contractors, Inc. was founded by Bill Smeltzer after gaining experience in cabinet making, custom home construction, and the structural steel industry. That diverse background helped establish the foundation for a company known for both structural integrity and fine-finish quality.
Over the years, Woodland Contractors, Inc. has completed a wide variety of residential, commercial, renovation, restoration, and adaptive reuse projects throughout the region. From custom homes and commercial facilities to unique construction challenges, our team brings decades of experience to every project.
Today, Woodland Contractors, Inc. serves clients throughout Lebanon, Lancaster, Berks, Schuylkill, and Dauphin Counties.
